About Me

Even since childhood, I’ve owned an “I can do everything” mindset and had no fear to take risks and experience new things. Therefore, I have worn various hats during these years! In spite of all these efforts, I discovered my true self only when I integrated my bitter and sweet experiences and academic knowledge into my new personality as a psychologist and counselor. I started studying medical science in Iran when I was 18 years old. After two years, I moved to New York to continue my education at New York City University. Then I decided to change my major to pursue Accounting and International Business as my future career. After graduating with a bachelor’s degree, I managed to launch a business that turned out to be successful and required me to travel throughout the US, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. These trips quickly raised the level of my knowledge about love, support, and people’s needs. Some years later, when I moved to Los Angles, I learned more about screenplay writing and making educational movies. Unfortunately, in the meanwhile, some of my family members were struggling with severe emotional and physical problems. Therefore, I decided to make a tremendous change in my life path and try to find some solutions to help others. This decision realized my long-held dream since I was 15 years old, becoming a psychotherapist. After graduating with a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Counseling and earning my Doctorate in Clinical Phycology afterwards, I completed several mental health internships at reliable relationship counseling centers. I’m quite satisfied and delightful that since then, my unique and integrated techniques have been helpful to thousands of clients in getting rid of their addictive behaviors, obsessive routines, emotional instabilities, and marital conflicts.
