“The earth will not continue to offer its harvest, except with faithful stewardship. We cannot say we love the land and then take steps to destroy it for use by future generations.”
(Pope John Paul II)
Our environment affects every single spoke of our existence. We need to make responsible decisions in order to make changes and manage our health. Two types of environment are involved in our decisions: (a) microenvironment comprised of our home, workplace, and surroundings, and (b) macroenvironment comprised of our planet, nature, and outer space. In reality, the environment is like a workshop, in which we utilize balanced activities to make progress and resist conflicting elements.
We need a balanced environment to protect our body, soul, emotions, relationships, and entertainment. In such an environment, we will be able to live happily and successfully despite natural, climatic, thermal, religious, political, organizational, personal, family effects. Keeping the balance is the key to successfully creating such an environment.
