Our ability to manage such a human complex system and protect ourselves against unknown, dangerous, fragile, or disastrous conditions requires a smooth relationship between our mind and body. Those abilities have been genetically wired inside us or have been acquired through getting information during our growth process. We should experience both kinds of these abilities, focus on them and pay attention to them. Therefore, they will guide us throughout our life.

When faced with hardships and difficulties, we should try to stay calm like a computer system that gathers information and draws reasonable conclusions.

Taking care of this system is our responsibility.
