Our physical health depends on the constructive forces that keep us in the best physical and bodily conditions.

These four forces act like the four pillars of our physical persistence and strength. Also it is every human being’s duty to fulfill these basic needs. They are as following:

  • Sleep
  • Food
  • Exercise
  • Sex

The excess or deficiency in any of these four not only hinders productivity but weakens our abilities tremendously.
