“Every inhalation of the breath prolongs life and every expiration of it gladdens our nature; wherefore every breath confers two benefits and for every benefit gratitude is due.”
(Saadi Shirazi, Persian poet)
Considering the human being from his birth to his death, we witness his physical growth. Any human being may achieve greatness and utilize nature by managing his life. However, we are totally unaware of many rules and principles that play a significant role in human transcendence. By delving into the roots of such principles, we will reach a two-polar swinging force such as 0 and 1 in a digital system or like the dichotomy of life and death. This force feeds on an infinite source.
If we consider such a force as a function of our existence and as one of the effects of the sun on Earth, then we are part of a unique light. After striking the Earth’s forces, this light breaks into smaller pieces and lays within us.
Our body’s atoms always suffer from darkness and light deprivation. So it is our duty to keep the balance of light in each of our cells.
Being grateful for whatever we have is among the principles of this tradition. Although different religions and religious beliefs agree on this concept, mysticism doesn’t encourage differences and divergences.
Mysticism promotes our healthy connection with other living beings that are actually part of us.
